My granddaughter, who often contributes
to my "Names of God on Rocks" posts,
created this rock and title for God
Sometimes she is ahead of me
in her knowledge and perception of spiritual truths.
This was one of those times.
I mulled this over in my mind,
and the more I thought on it,
the more appropriate this Name seemed!
When I began looking up the word "Mystery",
I was amazed how many times it was mentioned in the Bible!
| The verse my granddaughter is referring to is from Jeremiah 29:13-14: "And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the LORD". |
Not meaning to be irreverent,
but it sounds to me like God likes to play
"Hide and Seek"!
Thanks for your visit!
Y'all come back again, okay?!!

Children are naturally wonderful spiritual little beings.
Isn't it amazing how sometimes a little child will say something and we stop and just stand there in awe at the wisdom of their words!
Out of the mouths of babes...
I love your rocks
This is a good one - I like it!
I love your rocks too and up there is the strongest one:) God is good!
Love,
Scudds
What a neat idea. One year when I was little, I made painted/decoupaged rocks as gifts.
I am visiting you from over at Pamela's.

You've made me think! And I like the "hide & seek" idea - it's fun and we have to actively search. The amazing thing is that we can never exhaust God. We get to keep searching. Thanks for such a neat post! :-)

A little child shall lead us! I love that your granddaughter sees the amazing God we serve.
